NEITHER Indo Premier Securities NOR ANYONE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THIS IPOT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE IPOT EVEN IF Indo Premier Securities HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. THE ENTIRE RISKS ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE IPOT REMAINS WITH USER. THE IPOT is protected by national copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other Intellectual Property Laws and Treaties. It is agreed that certain restrictions under this license apply only to IPOT or, as the case may be, to all related components hereto. In the event of you do not agree or accept these terms, please promptly cease all further installation or use of this IPOT.
